Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Brook filter.
Returns. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Opened filters and used cartridges are not returnable for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
Defective / DOA. If your filter arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days at bryant@cleargo.io with your order number and photos. We’ll replace it or refund you.
How to start a return. Email bryant@cleargo.io with your order number. We’ll send return instructions. Buyer covers return shipping unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.
Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
Subscriptions (Refill Club). You can cancel upcoming cartridge renewals anytime before the next charge from your account email link or by contacting us. Already-shipped cartridges follow the return rules above.
